On May 15, 2026, the Hungarian partners presented the VETAssIst project to an audience of VET teachers and leaders at the “Dual Paths, Shared Competences” conference, organised by the Department of Technical Pedagogy at BME. Project coordinator Eszter Bükki and VET teacher pilot participant Péter Horváth presented the project objectives and activities, including the development of the VETAssIst course, an online AI literacy learning material for VET teachers, currently being piloted in the partner countries. The finalised VETAssIst course, offering practical, pedagogically grounded guidance on the responsible, ethical, and privacy-aware use of freely available AI tools in VET, will be published from September on the project website.
